Copyright Policy

MXrpm respects the intellectual property of others and expects our readers to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on MXrpm infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The exact web address (URL) of the material on our site.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

Counter-notices

If we remove something you posted and you believe it was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the agent above. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the U.S., any court where we may be found). We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complaining party tells us they have filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We will block commenters who repeatedly post infringing material.
