These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Keidar Sharoni, who runs MXrpm (mxrpm.com). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Information only

Everything on MXrpm, including articles, guides, reviews, and tools, is general information for educational purposes. It is not professional mechanical, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

2. Our content

The articles, text, graphics, logos, photos, tools, and design of MXrpm belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are welcome to read, share links to, and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or scrape our content, or use it to train software, without our written permission.

3. Using the site

• Try to hack, overload, or disrupt the site or its security.
• Use bots or scrapers to copy content in bulk.

When you post a comment, you keep ownership of it, but you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, permanent license to display, edit for length or formatting, and remove it on MXrpm. You are responsible for what you post. Please do not post anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, misleading, spam, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We can remove any comment for any reason, and we are not responsible for comments posted by others.

Motorcycle brand names, model names, and logos mentioned on MXrpm are trademarks of their owners. MXrpm is an independent site and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any motorcycle manufacturer or brand unless we clearly say so.

6. No warranties

THE SITE AND ALL ITS CONTENT AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UP TO DATE, OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, KEIDAR SHARONI AND MXRPM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, RIDING, BUYING, OR INSURANCE DECISION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

If you break these terms or post content that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, damages, and legal fees that result.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

10. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
