This policy explains what information MXrpm (mxrpm.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. MXrpm is run by Keidar Sharoni. If you have any questions, email us at info@mxrpm.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your first and last name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
• Comments: your name, email address, optional website, and your comment. When you comment, WordPress also records your IP address and browser type to help catch spam.

Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting server keeps standard logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of your visit. These are used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before we switch anything on.

How we use your information

• To reply to messages you send us.
• To display, moderate, and protect comments from spam.
• To run, secure, and improve the site.
• To comply with the law when we are required to.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Services we use that may receive your data

• Bluehost hosts the site in the United States, so everything the site collects is stored on their servers.
• WPForms powers our contact form. Messages are delivered to us by email and may be stored in our site database.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on our pages. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Gravatar (by Automattic) may receive a scrambled version of your email address (a hash) when you comment, so it can show your profile picture if you have one. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy.
• Embedded content from other sites (such as videos or documents) behaves as if you visited that site directly, and those sites may collect data about you.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of MXrpm, our readers, or others.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Here is what we use:

• Comment cookies: only if you tick the box to save your details when commenting. They remember your name, email, and website for about a year so you do not have to retype them.
• Login cookies: only for site administrators when logged in.
• No tracking cookies: we do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work, though you will need to retype your details when commenting.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track you across other websites and we do not sell or share your personal information, so browser signals like Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not change how the site works for you.

How long we keep information

• Comments and the details attached to them stay on the site until the comment is removed, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Contact form messages are kept as long as we need them to handle your request and as part of ordinary email records.
• Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@mxrpm.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Depending on where you live (for example California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Israel), you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain uses of your data or filing a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will honor those rights where they apply, and we will never treat you differently for using them.

Children’s privacy

MXrpm is written for adults and new riders, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it. If you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian’s permission before sending us a message or posting a comment.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No website can guarantee perfect security, so please do not send sensitive information like financial or health details through our forms.

International visitors

MXrpm is operated from Israel and hosted in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
